How much is a custom cake topper?

Simple name or age toppers start around 12 to 18 euro. Longer wording, mirror finishes and larger widths run to about 30 euro, and multi-layer designs up to 45 euro.

How long does it take to get one?

Two to three working days to make, then next-day post across Ireland, or collect from our Dublin 12 workshop by appointment.

What colours can I get?

Mirror gold, mirror silver, rose gold, gloss black, gloss white, clear, frosted and glitter acrylic.

Are the toppers food safe?

Accepted Answer

The acrylic is inert and the pick sits into the icing rather than the cake body. Wipe with a clean damp cloth before use. Food-safe cake picks are available.

Can you cut my own design or logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send an SVG, AI, EPS, PDF or DXF and we cut it as drawn. A clear PNG or JPG can be traced to vector for a small fee.

How big should a topper be?

Accepted Answer

Around 120 to 150mm wide for a 6 inch cake, 150 to 200mm for an 8 inch cake and 200 to 250mm for tiered cakes.

Do you do trade orders for bakeries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We run repeat batches for bakeries, cake decorators and party shops, keep your fonts on file and price per unit.

Can I reuse the topper afterwards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wash it in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. Many people keep the topper as a memento of the day.
