SVG is best. AI, DXF and PDF also work. For a simple shape, a clear photo with dimensions is enough and we'll redraw it.

We supply the cut blanks with the right hole sizes; metal findings are widely available from craft suppliers.

About 5 × 5mm with a clean cut. Smaller and the heat affects the detail.

Yes, small craft orders post easily nationwide, and you can collect from Dublin 12 the next working day.

Yes, order 5 to 10 pieces first, check the fit and finish, then place the bulk order at a per-unit price.
